and the discipline of keeping ourselves aligned, lot of hard work. Yoga is about having the right alignment. I cannot help but wonder whether this programme is being physically tough just for the sake of it? At times I also feel like we are being treated like a bunch of school kids when all we (most responsible, mature adults) want to do is to learn more about deepening our yoga practice and having the discipline is only one of the many aspects. Whether it's accumulated fatigue I'm not sure but I do think the course is taking its toll on me physically. The challenge ahead is definitely how I can maintain this physical and mental form until, like, next January.īut first, the day started off quite poorly cos I felt physically exhausted this morning 4.30 am). it was as if I wasn't in my own body (isn't that totally weird?) But I have to say by the end of the day I was COMPLETELY exhausted (hence I didn't blog last night). that, yesterday, I could do a lot of poses that I'd previously thought v challenging. So what happened? My guess is because the regimental routine had helped build strength as well as perhaps I had a better alignment. For me though, the high point was when I could do the eka pada galavasana (well, kinda doing it.but I can now hook my foot onto my arm!) because I couldn't do that only a week ago. anyway, we went from one pose to another (a bit of a blur now) but apparently we did at least 15 arm balancing poses. no, my head cannot touch the floor and it's quite painful to hold this pose for, like, a min, let alone five. I prefer these poses (most of which I can perform) than, say, parsarita padottanasana (standing wide legged forward fold). This was a tough decision, but we would greatly appreciate your understanding and support. Then I got on the mat and course instructor said the morning practice was to focus on arm balance poses. "Our intention and motivation is to offer Idea Factory titles in a form that is as close as possible to the Japanese versions. "We fully understand that there are needs and demands for the complete version of these games," the company explains. While Monster Monpiece's storyline will be unaltered for its overseas launch, Idea Factory notes that several Monster Girl images will be removed from localized versions "due to the strong sexual nature of the card images." The game still required some content trimming before it was deemed suitable for a North American release, however.

Monster Monpiece earned some notoriety for its sexually suggestive character art, and its upcoming stateside release carries a Mature ESRB rating. Players power up these characters during combat by stroking the PS Vita's screen and touching specific spots on each card in the game's "First Crush Rub" mode. Monster Monpiece equips players with a deck of cards that represent the physical embodiment of "Monster Girls," all of whom boast their own unique skills and abilities in battle. Japanese publisher Idea Factory International announced that its card-battling RPG Monster Monpiece is due for a digital PlayStation Vita release this spring in North America and Europe.
